Noisy surroundings, breakfast very limited choices and they charged extra for eggs!!

A very good hotel in Akseriye area. The staff is really kind and helpful. The location of hotel is excellent. As I had kids, so this place worked super best for me. The eateries are near. McDonald's is just at 4 min walk from here. And also hotel has well organized housekeeping services.

I stayed here fore 6 nights. The place is clean and the stuff are very helpful. I booked directly from the hotel through the phone and they arranged a pickup from the airport. The driver was waiting for me directly when I landed in Istanbul airport. They have also arranged for me and wife a cruise dinner in the Bosphorus and it was really good. I have stayed in other hotels in Istanbul but always felt that the front desk were not welcoming. This hotel is completely different. The front desk and the stuff are very welcoming and easy to talk to. The breakfast was reasonably good also.
