We stayed for 1 night with my family, the room are small, is not that clean since I always check before using it and I found public hair. The pool it's too small, the Attendant there he doesn't know customer service, I asked towel for my sister he said that they don't have anymore but when white couple came he gave 2 towels. The telephone is not working,the water boiler is not working. Sauna is not working.Please clean the water boiler because there is brown mad thing inside. The breakfast big no no. The only thing is good is the location.

We stayed for one night. Our room is small but the bed is comfortable to sleep on it. The problem is the elevator, its hard to operate and there is no one to assist us. For the location, its in the heart of Dubai and near the Burjuman mall and metro station.
